We are looking for someone to join our team as a business operations manager who is specifically responsible for generating new business and clients for Finesse. We are looking for someone who has a network of established partnerships within the Hospitality and Events sector. You will leverage these relationships to be an advocate for Finesse Models skilfully negotiating and communicating, able to articulate the value of selecting Finesse to support them at events.

Your Responsibilities

• Generating/finding/managing potential leads (criteria will be provided)

• Developing a clear understanding of the target audience and building databases of key accounts and decision makers in our addressable market

• Develop strategies that convert the target audience to take action with us.

• Tracking and following up leads.

• Manage day to day business relationships, and proactively and autonomously negotiates costs.

• Uses data to identify trends, opportunities and risks and translate those insights into actions to drive long-term growth.

• Communicate with the staff management so that they can select staff profiles to present to clients.

Experience in client relations and management.

Brand Partnerships Manager - Part Time/FullTime

Job description

As we grow Finesse Models are looking for a new member of the team to create positive partnerships with brands, establishing strong direct relationships quickly and leveraging these to develop a long-term benefit to both the brand and Finesse Models and our amazing team of influencers and models.

We are looking for someone who has a network of established partnerships within beauty, fashion, e-commerce and online brands and boutiques, fitness brands, food and drinks companies etc across the world. You will leverage these relationships to be an advocate for Finesse Models skilfully negotiating and communicating , able to articulate the value of Influencer campaigns and social media marketing.

Job Responsibilities

Help identify, sign and on-board new partners, brands and collaborations
Manages day to day business relationships, and proactively and autonomously negotiates costs, promotional opportunities, and other business inputs
Uses data to identify trends, opportunities and risks and translate those insights into actions to drive long-term growth.
Communicate with the talent management to view and select models/influencer profiles to present to clients.
Communicate with the social media division to ensure campaigns, posts etc are delivered on time and to the brief.
